Responsibilities: Operate CT scanners, power injectors, and computer systems to acquire diagnostic images, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety guidelines. Maintain knowledge of various CT systems and clinical histories to select appropriate protocols for different anatomical regions. Perform CT procedures, including interventional and advanced CTA imaging, while properly preparing and positioning patients. Monitor dose data and notify when scans exceed preset levels, optimizing patient safety. Interpret technical factors to enhance image quality and efficiency. Ensure proper patient care and safety during procedures.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, physics, and pharmacology relevant to CT imaging. Ability to operate multiple CT systems and perform complex imaging procedures. Commitment to safety, quality, and patient care. Adaptability to different clinical environments.
