Role Overview:
This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as CT, on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently, including on-call, portable, and various site exams, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing CT scans and other imaging procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing patients and equipment for procedures.
- Operating independently across different settings, including on-call and portable exams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s Degree or Trade School equivalency.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT.
- Preferred experience in CT, RT, X-ray, Radiology, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience preferred.
- Licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES, and CPR certification are advantageous.
Additional Details:
- Full-time, night shift, four days per week, with no call requirement.
