Role: CT Technologist I responsible for performing computed tomography procedures, administering radiation and medications, and ensuring patient safety and proper image quality.
Responsibilities: Obtain correct patient information, prepare patients for exams, utilize appropriate imaging protocols, assist with interventional procedures, evaluate and process images, and educate healthcare providers and students. Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills: Certification by ARRT or NMTCB required; new graduates must obtain certification before starting. Preferred completion of Radiologic Technology training and a related bachelor’s degree. Ability to perform procedures independently, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and patient care.
Key Duties: Administer medications, evaluate image quality, assist in interventional procedures, and maintain documentation. Work primarily in a clinical environment, adhering to safety and procedural standards.
