Role Overview:
This position is for a Full-Time CT Advanced Modality Radiology Technologist (Days), responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as CT on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently, including on-call and portable exams, and ensuring quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in modalities like CT, MRI, and others.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures.
- Conduct studies independently and in various settings as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s Degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher).
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT.
- Preferred experience in CT, RT, X-ray, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience being advantageous.
- Licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, and others, depending on certification.
- Additional certifications like CPR and Intravenous Therapy are preferred.
