- Operate CT scanners and produce diagnostically accurate images.
- Verify imaging orders, follow physician protocols, and screen patients for contraindications.
- Position patients safely and prepare patients for imaging, including administration of contrast under supervision.
- Maintain CT equipment and ensure proper operation and image quality.
- Adhere to radiation safety practices and infection control standards.
- Document procedures and relevant findings in the EMR.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
