Role Overview:
This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for delivering anesthesia in a high-quality, patient-centered hospital setting. The role involves collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical staff to provide safe anesthesia care across various departments, including operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, and imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and document procedures accurately.
- Participate in professional development and ensure compliance with all applicable laws regarding anesthesia services.
- Complete pre-anesthesia assessments and review laboratory results to prepare for induction.
- Take call from home with a minimal 30-minute requirement; seldom called overnight.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate’s in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of experience or less; new graduates are welcome.
- Active RN and CRNA certifications.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing.
