Role Overview

The position involves functioning as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) providing anesthesia care in a hospital setting. The role requires collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to deliver safe and effective anesthesia for various medical and surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing professional development
  • Provide direct patient care and document all care activities
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to anesthesia services
  • Complete pre-anesthesia patient records, review laboratory data, and initiate anesthesia induction as appropriate
  • Maintain safety standards, working in a constant state of alertness

Qualifications & Skills

  • Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Current RN Anesthetist certification
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing

This role involves providing specialized anesthesia services, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to legal and professional standards. It offers a competitive hourly rate for PRN work, with additional compensation for weekend shifts.
