Role Overview: The CRNA provides anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical staff for various medical and surgical procedures. This PRN position does not include benefits eligibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in professional development activities
- Providing direct patient care and documenting all care delivered
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws governing anesthesia services
- Completing pre-anesthesia records, reviewing lab results, and initiating induction when appropriate
- Maintaining a constant state of alertness to ensure safety in a safety-sensitive role
Qualifications:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience or no experience with supervisor experience
- Certification as RN Anesthetist
- Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing
