Role Overview: The CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) collaborates with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for various medical and surgical procedures. This PRN position offers compensation at $160/hr, with weekend rates of $250/hr, and is not benefits-eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including pre-anesthesia assessments and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to anesthesia services.
- Review laboratory results and initiate anesthesia induction as appropriate.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience not required.
- Valid RN and Certified Nurse Anesthetist licenses.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing.
