CRNA – Full-Time – Live Well Homecare

Role Overview:

This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for delivering anesthesia in a top-rated, Magnet-recognized hospital. The role involves collaborating with physicians and medical staff to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across various in-house areas, including operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, and interventional services.

Responsibilities include:

Providing direct patient care and documenting services

Participating in professional development

Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Preparing pre-anesthesia records and reviewing laboratory data

Managing anesthesia induction and related procedures

Taking call from home with minimal overnight disruptions

Contributing to a team-focused, patient-experience-oriented environment

Qualifications and Skills:

Licensed as a Cert RN Anesthetist with a Master’s degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience; new graduates welcome with advanced sign-on bonuses

Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
