CRNA – Full-Time

Role Overview:

This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for delivering anesthesia in a top-rated, Magnet-recognized hospital. The role involves collaborating with physicians and medical staff to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across various in-house areas, including operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, and interventional services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care and documenting services
  • Participating in professional development
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Preparing pre-anesthesia records and reviewing laboratory data
  • Managing anesthesia induction and related procedures
  • Taking call from home with minimal overnight disruptions
  • Contributing to a team-focused, patient-experience-oriented environment
  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Licensed as a Cert RN Anesthetist with a Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience; new graduates welcome with advanced sign-on bonuses
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
