RN Critical Care (ICU)
Provide evidence-based, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in an ICU. Assess, monitor, and support high-acuity patients, and respond promptly to emergencies while maintaining patient safety and clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and continuous monitoring
- Administer medications and manage complex therapies
- Operate and manage ventilators and other critical care equipment
- Coordinate urgent interventions during rapidly changing clinical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in a team-based environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN licensure
- Strong critical care assessment and monitoring skills
- Proficiency managing ventilators and critical care technologies
- Ability to administer medications safely and accurately
- Effective communication and teamwork with healthcare professionals
