Role Overview: Seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join a critical care team, providing state-of-the-art medical care with collaborative support from physicians and nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work approximately 14 shifts per month, including a mix of day and night 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am).
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to assess patient needs, plan and deliver education and care, evaluate outcomes, and coordinate follow-up and referrals.
- Act as a patient advocate, serving as a confidant, advisor, and liaison between patients, families, and physicians.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
