Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to serve as a resource and guide patient services in both inpatient and ambulatory settings, collaborating closely with physicians, nurse-navigators, administrative staff, and scheduling specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform common critical care procedures and assist in acute care settings, particularly in the ICU.
- Adhere to organizational policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment, supporting patient care excellence and compassionate service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in critical care, ICU, or acute care environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of healthcare standards and policies.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days and nights.
Key Duties:
- Provide patient care guidance and support across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Participate in a rotating schedule of 6 shifts over two weeks, with a mix of day and night shifts.
- Contribute to organizational goals of service excellence and patient well-being.
