Seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers to join the Inpatient ICU team at a major hospital in Peoria, Illinois.
This role involves collaborating with a team of 4 Critical Care Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner to manage critically ill patients in a 12-bed CVICU and 12-bed Medical/Surgical ICU, with an average of 5 patients per shift.
Procedures are performed with full training provided during a multi-month orientation. The schedule offers flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts, including weekdays, nights, evenings, and weekends. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available.
Candidates need a Master’s in Nursing (ACNP) or Physician Assistant with 1-3 years of ICU experience, along with current Illinois licensure. The pay range is $60.72-$78.94/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
