The licensed CORE provider will deliver face-to-face mobile services to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders in a community setting.
Provide person-centered, goal-directed support and solution-focused interventions to promote recovery and wellness.
Identify treatment strategies to minimize symptoms and address environmental stressors.
Offer supportive counseling, behavioral management, and problem analysis to individuals and their families.
Facilitate strengths-based planning and help clients recognize triggers to maintain community stability.
Implement evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions and support collaborative treatment plans.
Maintain accurate documentation, attend supervision, staff meetings, and professional development.
Qualifications include licensure as a mental health professional, minimum 3 years of community experience, strong communication skills, cultural responsiveness, and knowledge of relevant programs. Bilingual candidates and individuals with lived recovery experience are encouraged.
