Role Overview: Supports international sales efforts by executing sales strategies, managing relationships with distributors and dealers, and coordinating cross-functional activities to drive revenue growth and market expansion while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement international sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage communication and relationships with global distributors and dealers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform regional strategies.
- Participate in customer engagements, industry events, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, operations, and aftersales teams for seamless service.
- Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and pipeline visibility for management decision-making.
- Provide operational and administrative support for international sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related functions.
- Experience working with external entities; distributor/dealer management preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; aviation knowledge and foreign language skills are a plus.
Decision-Making Expectations: Coordinate stakeholders for timely sales execution, escalate risks, and support senior leadership in stakeholder interactions.
Working Conditions: Involves desk work, international travel, participation in industry events, and communication across multiple time zones.
