Outreach Manager responsible for expanding awareness of continuing care communities and generating qualified leads and move-ins.
Key duties
- Develop and execute outreach plans to build relationships with healthcare providers, senior organizations, and referral partners.
- Coordinate community events, presentations, and tours to support engagement and referrals.
- Manage outreach activities and maintain outreach calendars.
- Track and report outreach results to improve performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and lead-generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in healthcare and/or senior services.
