Job Summary

The Co-worker Health Nurse provides health services to employees, supporting their wellness and safety.
Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, administering vaccines, managing TB screening and respirator fit testing, providing first aid, and supporting injury follow-up and Workers’ Compensation processes.
They ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, maintain confidentiality, compile reports, and stay current on health trends and policies.
The role involves effective communication, participation in safety committees, and upholding the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, current Missouri license (LPN or RN), at least 2 years of clinical experience, and BLS certification.
