Under the supervision of the Manager – Co-worker Health, the Co-Worker Health Nurse (RN/LPN) provides health services to employees, supporting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key responsibilities include conducting pre-employment health screenings, managing immunization and TB programs, performing respirator fit testing, and supporting vaccination initiatives. The role also involves providing first aid, assisting with return-to-work plans, and managing Workers’ Compensation processes.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining confidential records, and supporting policy updates are essential duties. The nurse collaborates with teams on wellness and safety initiatives, contributing to a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Missouri RN or LPN licensure, and a minimum of two years’ nursing experience preferred. A current BLS certification is required.
