CNA – Long Term Care – Per Diem

Role Overview:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides clinical and clerical support within the Long Term Care department, assisting residents with activities of daily living and promoting a resident-centered, home-like environment. Responsibilities include routine nursing duties, household tasks, and ensuring quality care aligned with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Completion of 12 hours of annual in-service training
  • Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
  • CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • Preferred: 6 months experience as a nurse aide or caregiver
  • Key Duties:

  • Assist residents with daily activities and life engagement
  • Perform routine nursing and household tasks
  • Support a compassionate, patient-focused care environment
  • Additional Details:

    This on-site role offers a pay range of $19.81 to $29.69 per hour, with potential for additional compensation such as shift differentials and bonuses.
