Role Overview:
Seeking a Clinical Triage Nurse to provide direct outpatient patient care within a Women’s Care/OBGYN setting. The role involves collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities include supporting providers with patient management, documenting assessments accurately, delivering patient education, and promoting high-quality, cost-effective care. The position offers a 40-hour day shift schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays, and is benefit-eligible.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Experience: 2-5 years, with preferred 5-10 years for advanced roles
- Licenses & Certifications: RN license, BLS certification
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Experience in Women’s Care/OBGYN is preferred
