Join our team as a full-time Clinical Triage Nurse, providing high-quality, cost-effective patient care in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with primary care and specialist providers to develop and update care plans for optimal health outcomes.
- Assessing and evaluating patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills.
- Ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, documentation standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Supporting providers with patient management and accurately documenting assessments and treatments.
- Educating patients and families using verbal and written instructions, assessing their understanding, and problem-solving as needed.
- Maintaining safety awareness as this role is safety-sensitive.
Qualifications include:
- Nursing diploma or associate’s degree and valid RN license.
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; preferred bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
