Clinical Therapist – Residential- Limestone – Adolescents

We are seeking a compassionate *Clinical Therapist* to provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents, supporting their mental health and stability.

Deliver services in both home and center settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Assist families in achieving treatment goals outlined in personalized plans.

Maintain accurate documentation, including case records and progress notes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, Tennessee licensure or licensure pending, and experience with youth exhibiting behavioral challenges.

This full-time role offers a starting salary of $47,000+ (dependent on experience), a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Work hours vary based on client needs, with opportunities for day or night shifts in Limestone, TN.
