Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison for the implementation, support, and maintenance of the clinical information system.
Provide problem tracking, resolution, and support ongoing enhancement requests.
Participate in system testing, workflow redesign, and change management efforts.
Deliver ongoing education to facility employees and physicians to ensure effective system utilization.
Assist in workflow optimization and facilitate communication between IT and clinical staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of clinical information systems and healthcare workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff and IT teams.
- Experience in system testing, workflow redesign, and change management preferred.
