Seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor for full-time night shifts (Tuesday–Friday, 4pm-2am) with on-call hours in an inpatient hospice unit.
Lead and supervise hospice clinical teams, including nurses, social workers, and CNAs, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.Develop staff through orientation, training, and ongoing education, while managing daily staffing and patient care needs.Participate in leadership teams, evaluate staff performance, and oversee adherence to policies and protocols.Require current Idaho RN license, at least 2 years hospice and supervisory experience, CPR certification, and valid driver’s license; preferred BSN and CHPN certification.Offer a competitive salary (from $96,000/year), comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment committed to community service and staff development.
