This full-time RN Clinical Supervisor position involves overseeing hospice clinical teams during four 10-hour night shifts (Tuesday–Friday, 4pm–2am) with on-call hours from 2am–7am.
Responsibilities include managing nurses, social workers, and CNAs, providing staff orientation and development, ensuring staffing levels meet patient needs, and maintaining compliance with safety, HIPAA, and infection control policies.
Ideal candidates have an active Idaho RN license, at least 2 years of hospice experience, supervisory experience, and CPR certification. CHPN certification is preferred or obtainable.
