Clinical Supervisor, BCBA

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead high-quality clinical services in a collaborative setting.

Key responsibilities include

conducting functional assessments and developing data-driven treatment plans

supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors

delivering parent training and ensuring clinical excellence

maintaining 30 billable hours weekly

collaborating within a team to promote consistency and support peer development

contributing to training, quality assurance, and curriculum development

.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, an active BCBA certification, experience with autism and developmental needs, and proficiency with technology. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
