Clinical Supervisor, BCBA

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead high-quality clinical services in a collaborative setting.

Key responsibilities include

  • conducting functional assessments and developing data-driven treatment plans
  • supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
  • delivering parent training and ensuring clinical excellence
  • maintaining 30 billable hours weekly
  • collaborating within a team to promote consistency and support peer development
  • contributing to training, quality assurance, and curriculum development

    Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, an active BCBA certification, experience with autism and developmental needs, and proficiency with technology. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
