Clinical RN – High-Risk Cardiology (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

This position involves providing direct patient care in a high-risk cardiology unit, supporting patients with conditions such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmias, and pulmonary hypertension. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care, promoting patient safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient and family-centered education on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment care.
  • Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
  • Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
  • Participate in activities supporting safety, regulatory compliance, professional development, and interprofessional communication.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum: Nursing diploma/associate’s degree, RN license, no prior experience required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
