Clinical RN Educator – Integrated Spine

Role Overview:

Provides expert nursing care in an integrated inpatient spine unit, focusing on neurologic and orthopedic spine patients. Responsible for delivering high-quality, standardized care for diverse surgical procedures, including degenerative conditions, traumatic injuries, complex reconstructions, tumors, and revisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing nursing care and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with staff and organizational partners to develop and deliver clinical training and professional development programs.
  • Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within the unit.
  • Work with leadership to identify educational needs and create tailored educational plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional growth and lifelong learning activities.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • BSN required; RN license essential.
    • 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience not required.
    • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, and basic cardiovascular life support certification.
