We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to conduct medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA’s disability benefits process.
- Responsibilities: Perform in-person disability assessments, review electronic medical records via a secure web portal, accurately document findings, and complete VA forms.
- Key Duties: Focus on assessment and documentation; this role does not involve treatment or medication prescribing.
- Caseload: Evaluate approximately 4 Veterans per day in an in-person setting.
- Equipment: Provided computer and documentation tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program.
- Maintain an active, unrestricted Psychology license.
- Proficient in electronic documentation and web-based portals.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, time management, and empathetic skills.
