Role Overview: This pharmacist position involves delivering safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy, developing evidence-based care plans, and monitoring patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication assessment, safety checks, and adherence monitoring.
- Interpret and clarify physicians’ medication orders, review medication profiles for interactions, and suggest formulary alternatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Doctoral preferred). Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills are essential.
