Role: Clinical Nurse Specialist in Surgical Services, responsible for providing advanced clinical expertise, promoting evidence-based practice, and supporting staff, patients, families, and physicians.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care and consultation for patient management.
- Enhance healthcare quality through educational services to diverse groups.
- Educate, develop, and support clinical practices.
- Conduct scientific research and investigations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- RN and Clinical Nurse Specialist licensure.
- Preferred: 2 or more years of nursing, charge, or leadership experience; Doctorate in Nursing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical skills.
