Role Overview:
This position requires acting as a clinical expert in neurological sciences and stroke, promoting evidence-based practice through collaboration with staff, patients, families, and physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and consultation for managing patient treatment.
- Enhance healthcare quality by delivering educational services to patients, families, community members, and healthcare professionals.
- Support and develop clinical practices through education and mentorship.
- Conduct scientific investigations and research to advance clinical knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited CNS program.
- RN licensure and certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing, charge, or leadership experience; preferred Doctorate in Nursing with 2-5 years of experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to provide advanced clinical expertise and promote evidence-based practices.
- Strong communication, educational, and scientific investigation skills.
