Role Overview:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree
- Licensure: Valid RN license
- Experience: No prior experience required; preferred is 2 years in a specialized care setting (e.g., NICU or Special Care Nursery)
- Skills: Critical nursing skills, patient education, teamwork, safety awareness
