You will collaborate with an interprofessional team to develop individualized care plans, considering physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs. The role involves caring for diverse patients with high-acuity conditions, including gastrointestinal and urological surgeries, and participating in initiatives like Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS).
Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree and RN licensure; a Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience are preferred.
