Clinical Nurse – Primary Care

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities within established nursing standards, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
  • Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
  • Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
  • Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
  • Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Valid RN licensure required.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in critical care, emergency, or urgent care settings.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Additional Details: This full-time outpatient role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or calls.
