As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities within established standards.
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
- Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
- Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.
Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree and RN licensure; a Bachelor’s degree and <2 years of experience are preferred.
