Clinical Nurse – Pediatric Gastrointestinal Motility

Role Overview:

The Pediatric GI Motility RN supports the motility program at a leading children’s hospital, focusing on diagnosing and managing digestive muscle movement disorders. Key responsibilities include

Providing patient-centered care, including assessment, education, and planning

Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families

Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in inpatient, GI, or pediatrics
Active RN license; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred experience includes 5+ years of nursing, leadership, and pediatric experience
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Safety awareness and adherence to standards are essential
