Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family.
- Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
- Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years’ experience preferred for advanced roles.
- Preferred Skills: OR experience is highly desirable.
- Additional: Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices.
