Clinical Nurse – PACU

Join a dynamic PACU team providing specialized post-anesthesia care in a fast-paced hospital environment.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
  • Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and ensuring clear communication.
  • Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
  • Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
  • Support complex cases involving neuro, transplant, ortho, ENT, cardiovascular, trauma, and spine patients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • No prior experience required; 2+ years of experience is preferred for advanced roles.
  • Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a high-pressure environment.
  • Certification as an RN is required.
