Clinical Nurse Observation Unit

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and post-treatment needs
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development
  • Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients
  • Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers

Qualifications:

  • Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Current RN license
  • No prior experience necessary; two years of experience is preferred
