Role Overview
This position involves providing direct patient care in a general medicine unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing activities within established standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans, communicating across care teams, and assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree
- Valid RN license
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience
