Clinical Nurse – Night Shift

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within professional nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
  • Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Supports a safe, healing environment by educating patients and families and ensuring communication across care settings.
  • Works in a safety-sensitive role, demonstrating alertness and safety awareness at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Licensure as an RN is required; no prior experience necessary, but two years of experience is preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills essential.
