Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team and patients, considering psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and population-specific needs. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical and emotional needs, and proactively communicates care plans across the continuum.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (RN license required)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience
- Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices
