Join a dynamic 28-bed Minimally Invasive Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as a Clinical Nurse (RN).
Role Overview
Full-Time | Days & Nights Available
Sign-on bonus up to $15,000.
Ideal for both experienced RNs and new graduates.
Care for post-operative, bariatric, hernia repair, mastectomy, and other minimally invasive procedure patients. Respond to frequent assessments, monitor post-op recovery, and manage occasional overflow patients, including tracheostomy cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care, educate patients and families on illness management, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and communicating across the continuum of care.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
- Contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented team environment with leadership support and mentorship.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN license required.
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience is not mandatory; new graduates are welcome, with a preference for those with 2+ years for advanced roles.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills essential.
