Join a fast-paced, 28-bed Minimally Invasive Progressive Care Unit (PCU), providing specialized care for post-operative and intermediate care patients, including bariatric, hernia repairs, mastectomies, and other minimally invasive procedures.
As a Clinical Nurse (RN), you will:
- Deliver direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.
- Educate patients and families on managing their illness, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while developing individualized care plans.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations.
Qualifications include:
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Current RN license.
- Experience is not required, but two years of experience is preferred.
