Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager, General Medical Telemetry to oversee daily operations, patient outcomes, and staff development in a hospital setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a therapeutic environment.
- Leading quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications and skills required:
- Current nursing licensure in the state of IL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification; national certification in Medical Surgical or related specialty is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills, with preferred experience in Medical Surgical and Neurology.
