Role Summary
Lead professional nursing practice for adult inpatients in a medical telemetry unit by coordinating and implementing evidence-based care. Oversee comprehensive patient assessments, develop and manage care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes. Provide patient and family education to support understanding and safety.
