Role Summary: Lead evidence-based nursing practice for adult inpatients on a medical telemetry unit, coordinating safe, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct patient assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on best evidence.
- Monitor outcomes and ensure compliance with care standards and safety initiatives.
- Provide patient and family education to support understanding and self-management.
- Guide, supervise, and support nursing staff to promote effective teamwork and performance.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to improve care quality and patient safety.

- Strong clinical judgment and leadership in inpatient, telemetry-based care.
