Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication use.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication across care settings.
- Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
- Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree, with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Licensure as an RN is mandatory.
- No prior experience is required; however, two years of experience is preferred.
